League Details

Teams will consist of 2 players per team. Teams will be able to choose what day and time works best for them on a weekly basis to schedule their tee time for match play. Tee times will be in 1-hour blocks per two-person team. Go www.casperindoorgolf.com to book a Tee Time or call us at 307-333-1331 with any additional league questions.

 

League Play

• Four (4) 9-hole qualifying rounds must be played prior to the start of Bracket play.

• Score cards are available at check-in counter and will be kept on file

• Starts Monday November 14, 2022

• $34 Green Fee per week per team, 1 hour simulator time to play 9-holes

• $100 Per team for prize pool entry, 100% payout

  • Payout amounts will be posted on board once league has been closed

Tee times are required for all league play

Online reservations at www.casperindoorgolf.com to reserve your time each week, please state you are doing league play. If you would like to schedule a specific tee time each week, please let us know your preferred day and time when you register. We will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.

 

Matches

• That week’s matches must be completed by Sunday at 5:00pm

• Players can play as far ahead as needed

• Example: Gregory needs to go out of town and will not have access to a Simulator for 2 weeks. He could play those rounds before he leaves to stay current. He CAN NOT make the rounds up after those rounds are closed.

 

Tie-Breakers

• Qualifying Rounds – USGA Tie-breaker system will be used

• Bracket Matches - USGA Tie-breaker system will be used

• Championship Match – USGA Tie-breaker system will be used, unless teams are playing at the same time and agree to hole by hole playoff prior to the start of match (THIS MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO CASPER INDOOR GOLF ATTENDANT PRIOR TO START OF MATCH)

 

Score Reporting

• You are required to write your score down on a score card. When you arrive, please stop at the front counter to ask an employee for this week’s score card.

• At the end of the round, BEFORE YOU LEAVE, ask employee to come over and check your scores on the computer with what you have written down.

• Once approved, you will be required to sign the card and have the employee sign as well.

 

Mulligans

• Mulligans are meant for potential shot misreads; the system is very accurate but if you feel as though it did not read your shot correctly, we give you an opportunity to re-hit. Only 2 mulligans are given per 9 holes, 5 for 18 holes, so if they are used for poor shots, no further mulligans will be given if there is a misread

 

Scoring/Format

• The gimme range is set to 5ft.

• USGA rules of golf practiced were applicable.

Simulator Rules

All participants must agree and sign a Casper Indoor Golf Liability Waiver before use of the Golf Simulator.

Attend a brief orientation prior to use of Casper Indoor Golf Simulator. The attendant on duty will turn the simulator on and give a brief orientation about navigating through the course, programs and other features.  

Players are responsible for completing session in the time purchased, being courteous to those who have a reservation after.

Any misconduct deemed inappropriate by the attendant on duty will be cause for dismissal from the Casper Indoor Golf with no refund.

All players must only hit shots off the mat.

Only one player at a time on the mat, in the swing area. All other players and/or spectators need to be behind the yellow line on the floor.

Players are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging.

Proper shoes must always be worn (no high heels, open toed shoes, or sandals).

If the simulator or any equipment is not functioning correctly, immediately notify the attendant on duty.

Immediately report any injuries to the attendant on duty.

Children under the age of 15, must be accompanied by an adult, unless arrangements are made in advance.

Golf shoes or running shoes are fine but NO METAL SPIKES.

Guests acknowledge Casper Indoor Golf is under video surveillance.  Tampering with camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines will result in financial compensation being paid to Casper Indoor Golf.

Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators.  No swinging clubs outside of the simulators swing area for safety reasons.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines. Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.

League rules are subject to change and final decision is up to Casper Indoor Golf.
